A guy knocked on our door this week. He stated that he was from, "Keep Norfolk beautiful." Then, he handed up a crisp $100.00 bill. "Thanks you for recycling," he said."Thanks for noticing!"
Nice! Maybe someone should start "Keep Cleveland Beautiful"!
