Green green green, (blah blah blah,) you and the movie are right.

I got a msg from Twitter today that PlentyMag is following me, (Plenty Mag is a zine.)

Plenty's Twitter bio reads: "We are a green lifestyle publication that believes that sustainable living doesn’t have to be Spartan living—hence our motto: it’s easy being green."

My first inclination was to shout: "baloney!" That our ideas on plenty-ism have run us straight into way-too-much-ism. Yeah, and we can't buy ourselves out of this mess, as the stakeholders (steakholders/baloneyholders) would have you believe. And I'll stick to that.

But I guess we have too little of other things, and it's imaginable and hopeful that after cutting back on the bullshit we can return to an abundance of real things, like trees, birds, health, and love...

(...and designer bags made of eco-leather and organic cotton liner, with PVC-free eco-polymers.)

Wheat from the chaff.
