Right now it's just a pilot program so it may take awhile to get to Cleveland.

The Cuyahoga County Solid Waste Authority accepts computers during their roundup, which in Cleveland was in April. If you don't want to wait until the next one, try:
RET3 accepts computers for recycling year-round. Equipment can be turned in Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. at their facility located at 1814 East 40th Street (rear of the building). The phone number is (216) 361-9991.
